10月23日 We are in Akron, OHIOWe are in Ohio again.
We are staying at Figaro farm and carving at Fall Festival till Helloween!
That's a so much fun!

3月7日 23 Bears in 1 hour !!!Ridgway Rendezvous was over.
Michael came back from Ridgway.
He enjoyed meet many friends and carving.
Although I participated last year and the year before last, I have just given birth to Freddy and was not able to participate this year.
Since I have not done carving for a long time,
I am jealous of Michael!!
Michael carries out to the hall of dinner and breakfast with a personal computer,
and enabled it to talk with everybody by SKYPE that the friend and the talk that I gather for Ridgway from all over the world are made.
It was very pleasant experience. Thank you, Michael!!
In Ridgway, the Speed carving competition was performed for the first time this year.
It was what competes for the ability of this game to carve the Bears in 1 hour.
Bear made from 6x6x12-inch square woods.
Eyes, nose, nails, legs, hair, tail, and ears were required for the Bear.
And there was the staff who supports a contestant.
They helped oil supply of a chain saw, preparation of material, etc.
There were these four competitors.
Since Michael had won the victory in the Speed carving competition performed in Japan last year,
he is very interested in this game, and he opted for participation.
The result was a championship of Michael who carved 23 bears!!
Congratulations, Michael !! You Great !!!
Since I could seldom carve early, I was surprised anyhow !!

9月28日 We will be at the Mum's festival in Barberton OhioTomorrow and day after tomorrow ( Saturday and Sunday ), Michael will do carving shows at Mum's festival.
He will be making a Big Eagle in honor of World war Ⅱveterans.

9月19日 Gerry & Mike's NurseryGerry & Mike's Nursery which has carried an exhibition sale of Michael's work.
As for the inside of the site in which the beautiful plants, flowers, and bamboos, etc. were planted. Relaxed setting is very comfortable.
The exhibition sale of Michael's work is carried out in it. The big works are located near the entrance. There is a bench with deer, bear, eagle, and squirrel, all inter acting. There is also a big Indian, a couple of big bears made out of oak wood.
If it goes into inside, there is a bench (cattails are beautiful!) of the wild cat hunting a deer, and an otter, a catfish. Other bench is a flying eagle, bears, and a girl is fishing respectively.
And the smaller works are located next to the office. Those who want to look at Michael's work directly, need to visit Gerry & Mike's Nursery at least once, by all means.

7月9日 Everything, growing up!!!I came back to Japan and two week has passed.
I was very busy, and since I was very tired, I was not able to do arrangement of the photograph easily.
Since Michael said that he wanted to contribute the pics out of which trout was released to the pond, some pics of a pond are contributed.
Although Michael's land is very slow, it is growing certainly.
From now on, I am looking forward to being able to live in that beautiful land very much.
Michael requires building a house very in a hurry.
It is because it turned out that our baby is born in February as to why it is.
Wow!!!!!!
I went to the hospital and became clear last week.
Now, I am nine weeks and five days of pregnancy.
February 6, next year is an estimated due date of delivery.
Since I had become pregnant, I became impossible to go, although I hoped going to go to this summer Europe.
It is very regrettable and I am very sorry to make them trouble by the last cancellation.
However, since it becomes the first child also for Michael also for me, I wish to give priority to a baby now.
I want to bear an early fine baby and to return at chainsaw carving world!!
